Start the day with a flow on the ocean-facing yoga deck. The waves keep time and the sea breeze does the cooling. Classes suit all levels, and private sessions can be arranged for your group.
Pair your practice with a home made breakfast and fresh coffee at Mamu’s Café, with salads grown in our own fruit forest at Coco Hill.

The Oceanfront Yoga Deck
Ocean Spray Apartments runs yoga classes in Christ Church, Barbados, on an ocean facing deck above the Surfer’s Point break at Inch Marlow. Morning classes are open to all levels, and private group sessions are available.
The deck
The yoga deck faces the Atlantic at Surfer’s Point. Morning classes run to the sound of the surf, which is not a line for a brochure, it is what standing on the deck sounds like. All levels are welcome.
Private and group sessions
Private group sessions run for retreats, hen weekends and families. Teachers running their own retreat take the deck along with the whole oceanfront property.
Breakfast after class
Mamu’s Café serves a home made breakfast and fresh coffee once the mats are rolled up, with salads grown at Coco Hill Forest, our fruit forest inland.
