About these terms

These terms apply to oceansprayapartments.com. A direct booking is confirmed only when the booking service or Ocean Spray Apartments sends written confirmation.

Prices and availability

Rates shown on the website are starting prices and may vary by apartment, dates, length of stay, occupancy and taxes. The final rate, inclusions and availability are shown in the booking service or written offer before you confirm.

Payment and cancellation

The deposit, balance due date, accepted payment methods and cancellation terms shown during checkout or in your written offer form part of your booking. Please read them before payment. Contact Ocean Spray before booking if anything is unclear.

Arrival and the property

Check-in instructions and the applicable check-in and check-out times are sent with the booking confirmation. The property is oceanfront at Surfer’s Point. Sea conditions change, there is no lifeguard at the property, and guests remain responsible for choosing activities appropriate to their ability and current conditions.

Guest responsibility

Guests must respect the stated occupancy, neighbours, property rules and other guests. The person making the booking is responsible for the group and for damage beyond normal use.

Third-party services

Links may open services operated by other companies, including the booking provider and Google Maps. Their terms and privacy notices apply to those services.

Governing law

These website terms are governed by the laws of Barbados. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
